Recode overmap shuttle controller #7
Description
/obj/machinery/computer/shuttle_control/explore from the overmap system needs to be recoded to work with /vg/'s shuttle system since its nothing like bay's. While this isn't a priority as most of overmap works right now, it would still be nice to have this working in the alpha.
