Conflicting requirements in Jazzy branch

While trying to setup and run Scenario Execution in the Jazzy branch, we realized we couldn't get it working because of conflicting requirements between the requirements.txt and the various setup.py files. When we meet on Wednesday, could we go over which package versions you are using locally?
