Behaviour
An extended copy of the regular Vanilla Anvil. But allows for tools to be used in it beyond level 36. Also allows impossible enchants too, such as Silk Touch and Fortune. Slightly longer durability. Has a chance (10%) every time you combine tools, tools with books or books will add a Curse Enchantment to it.
Appearance
The same model as the regular Anvil, but has a blue tint to it.
