Behavior
The first step of crafting PCB. You decide what it should do from a list:

| Generic OC PCB crafting ingredient |
If chosen "Custom" the player will have to write the schematic herself.
Will return a Blueprint for the player to use in either The Soldering Station or PCB Factory Line.
