DSSC Blueprint Glossary has in section 4.8 Data Policies and Contracts some definitions, which should be aligned with the IDSA Rulebook section on Policies.

Shouldn't DSSC collect and curate definitions from Organizations like IDSA?
Bringing DSSC invented definitions into IDSA creates an unresolvable recursion.
I would strongly advocate for defining terms in the way that makes the most sense for IDSA and rather ask DSSC to align with those definitions!
