This is on PREVIEW! I tried with student "Iris Flower"

I also added #5131 so that logic can be updated once we have final requirements for mentors

Tested on preview and confirmed:

  • Logged in as a fully onboarded ChA and see the unaffiliated participants list and an "assign to your chapter" option
  • Participant is no longer on the unaffiliated list
  • The student is no on the participants tab for the ChA and I can see all their info
  • I logged in as another ChA for a different chapter in that country and confirmed I did not see that student on the unaffiliated list or on my participant list
  • Logged in as an admin and went to the participant's admin page where I saw they were now assigned to the chapter associated with the ChA who assigned them to their chapter
