Reproduction Steps:

Open camera PDA program
Right click to take picture
Entire server lags
Watch people complain in OOC
(I was only able to test this with the PDA program, I have no idea if it affects real cameras.)

This is incredibly strange, wonder if it's an upstream issue.

I was pretty baffled by it myself. I decided not to test real cameras because when I discovered the issue it made a few players crash outright, but it did happen consistently when myself and another player both took pictures at different points in the round whilst someone else in OOC called it out. Given that a few people were already aware of the issue I suspect it must have been a few days since this started.
