Unable to get it to auto start

I came across this and wanted to give it a try on installing it. I am fairly new to this stuff but trying to learn new stuff. Your directions for installing worked well. I got it running last night but it closed when i terminated it to get back to the cli. This morning I tried to proceed with the auto start infomration you proviced but I ended up with the following error. I even tried it with sudo and got the same message. Where do I go from here?

I believe I have figured out what was going on...

You need to be in the "mstream" folder to run those....

Please correct if this is wrong.
