Intersection of Valuable Skills

My hypothesis is that there is an intersection, but neither set is a subset of the other.

In other words, there are some skills that only help me, e.g. interviewing skills, and some skills that only help the company/project (can’t think of a good example).

Not sure if that topic interests anyone else, just a random thought
