Implement backup on my personal VPS

Context

Today to host my website and some other services I use a VPS. I would like to implement backup for those services using restic from this issue #26

I want to backup 3 services:

• miniflux
• joplin-server
• plausible

Miniflux and Joplin are done since they use postgres, I need to make or found a sidecar to backup clickhouse.

I need to integrate it on my serveurs
