[Feature request] - Speed up JADE startup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
JADE is pretty slow at startup. Not a major issue but it could be a little bit inconvenient.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally the parsing of the simulations and pos-processing should be optimized to make it faster.

Describe alternatives you've considered
As a minimum, the global status should be moved to a property and have a lazy implementation so that it is computed only when and if needed

Also there is probably some caching going on because when running two subsequent instances of JADE, the second is much faster. Maybe some profiling is needed.
