[Feature request] - Switch from root logger to dedicated logger

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
In JADE logger is implemented at root level. This means that, when printed, all the logging of all packages are dumped. This may create a lot of clutter in the output.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement a dedicated JADE logger in order to print to video only JADE logging and not the one of other packages
