[BUG] - FNG SiC Au foil normalization #494

Describe the bug
FNG SiC Au foils seems not appropriated due to the extremely low C/E for all the libraries. It is likely to be an issue in the experiment or MCNP input normalization.

- Run JADE with standard set-up
- Post-process results
