[BUG] - ITER 1D WCLL FENDL3.2c vs FENDL3.2b

Describe the bug
ITER 1D WCLL FENDL3.2c response seem slightly different from FENDL3.2b with peculiar discrepance of about 10% at FW which is kind of propagated inside the shells. Better to double check.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Run JADE with both FENDL3.2b and c version.
• Post-process results

Expected behavior
Almost no difference.
