Sending and receiving files should be supported, be it by a drag-and-drop or a file dialogue.

Should be togglable by protocol, maybe based on a new permissions in Role.h― maybe PERM_UPLOAD and PERM_DOWNLOAD. Though specifying an allowed mimetype somehow would be useful.
