DELETE and PUT per ID no return 404

HI,
I'm in the testing of REST API now and note that the server swagger when DELETE and PUT on a not exist ID - no 404 returns, but 200.
Of course, it complains testing of negative cases.
Is it planned, or I am the first who needs it?
