Change nuget owner

@cubsk @matthewpeterson this module currently publishes under my user account on nuget. I don't mind keeping it this way, but its probably not ideal. One of you should probably make a vistaprint user that we can publish to nuget with. Then Ill not important to the process at all.

Or you can just remove it from github/nuget entirely. That would be your choice
