Random Player Loyalty Card

Create a button to randomly choose a player's loyalty card, and either post a pop-up with which one was chosen, copy the chosen card to the clipboard, or create a text file with a prepped dispatch. As discussed on the Mod Toolset forum thread, it would be dangerous for various reasons to just auto-dispatch it.
