When Baltar is in the Brig, during his turn, and would not draw a Crisis Card, the sheet will still ask when advancing the turn if he drew his fifth card for Delusional Intuition.

Just leaving a note here for when I work on it - the prompt should still appear if a Crisis is played, since he can be sent to the brig during the Crisis
