Cola Removal In Recent Release

I notice that you have completely removed the dependency on CoLA in a recent release. I am also aware that CoLA doesn't appear to have had any updates for quite a long time.

Did you remove this to reduce the dependence on external libraries, or have I missed something about CoLA no longer being supported going forward?

To remove the dependency on unmaintained libraries, yes. CoLA is great, and I wish it saw more active development as issues such as #441 become quite challenging. Perhaps one day we’ll be able to reincorporate it.
