Missing and Incorrect Textures #6

Several models have missing or incorrect textures. For example, ivn_def_dmo.mdl is missing the brim of his hat, and zro_def_dmo.mdl is pulling what I assume is the Sweden face paint for the collar of his jacket. I'm finding that most character models have an issue in this vein, and they occur across all versions of the model. That is, any places where the incorrect texture is, in any model, has the same problem. Is there perhaps a way to manually pull the textures from the .tri files to get the correct textures? I don't necessarily need them to be correct in Noesis.
Snake
Snake Eater Snake face is pushed down (Easy fix in Blender).
Ivan
Missing brim on Ivan's hat (Remade based on the Portable model, still relatively easy due to the simplicity).
Zero
Zero's collar should be fur, not the Swedish flag. The complexity of the missing texture makes me hesitant to try to remake it, especially because the Portable Ops model is structured in a strange way.
