Some extensive notes are in the constainers/Singularity/GPU/README file.

What is needed though are options in jana-generate.py to include CUDA and libtorch support in the generated CMakeLists.txt file.

An example plugin which demonstrates the use of CUDA and/or libtorch is also needed. The README notes describe creating a plugin and editing it, but having a ready to go example would be better. Once it is created, the README should be updated to refer to these changes.

Closing this issue since this was basically completed. Further improvements belong to issue #183
