run Step 2 on SLURM #156

Description

@c-dilks

run-detectors-timelines.sh is typically run on an interactive node, consuming (by default) 8 threads, each with 1 GB memory allocation. 200 runs takes about an hour, with 8 threads.

It would be much better if this step would run on SLURM. I don't think this step fits well with clas12-workflow, since the jobs would be for each timeline, rather than for each run number.
