At the 10 October meeting, we discussed if we want to have a segmentation of the prminputs directory so that all files of a given region are in a subdirectory, or to have some other suborganization of that.

We should think about what this structure would look like, before we start to implement it.

This is also related to possibly breaking the input files inot an independent repo as in issue #13 .

By not deciding, I think we've decided not to make subdirectories.
