Update specific DEF-files and SCRIPTS to use the same gHcParms listing

All NPS runs since ~1000 used the COIN DAQ. This sets a specific map and renders most scripts unusable.
The same gHCParms listing should be common among all scripts.

• Ensure no strange database is used.
• Remove the old scripts we will not use.
• Update calibration specific scripts and create DEF-files specific to those calibrations.
• Add a gHcParms->Print() statement to show all parameters in batch or farm mode.
