Currently we provide a "Needs Attention" checkbox on signoff that results in an OPS-PR in the elog. We are getting requests to be able to make OPS-PR for LERF. We could generalize the OPS-PR feature to allow specifying one or more logbooks. Always goes to ops elog at the moment.
