Error adding your authenticator (1.0.14)

I've been using it for 2 years, trying to setup new accounts it gives me an error. I tried doing it on 1.0.12 and 1.0.13, keeps crushing. I was able to setup 5 more accounts before this thing started to show up again after I installed 1.0.14 and was happy it was gone.

Update:
Because of the new steam rules of limmiting the usage of 1 phone number, i created an account with a phone number that was not supposed to be connected, so on this account I can't unconnect my number nor connect it to steamguard. Shit ass new rule
