Cell number from scTE were not consistent with cellranger

Hi Thanks for the great tool,
I don't know why, when I run the pipeline, the scTE output always 10k cells for each sample.
Is anything wrong with my code or any mistake?

By adjusting the --expect-cells parameter, this issue can be resolved; the default is 10,000.
