scATAC of scTE

Thank you very much for this good tool.  I used scTEATAC to analyze scATAC data and 'Detect 0 cells expressed at least 0 genes'.  I tried to analyze several datasets, including data from 10x public database, and also tried to adjust the 'min_counts' parameter, but the problem still exists. Are there any other attempts? Thanks very much
