quick start on Linux

Hello! I want try ac6366c soc. My platform is Linux (Ubuntu 20).
What is quick start to build and upload some simple Hello World application?
I read docs in this repo and also https://doc.zh-jieli.com/vue/
But at the moment I still cannot understand how to build fw image and upload it.
There are a mess of some scripts and tools, not clear what is for what.
Maybe somebody can help me.
