manual input season mutator playlist

Can you think about adding a box under mutators in config that the admin can add the manual mutator text and save.

especially good for timed playlists that come and go quickly.

That's a good idea and would help me out when I don't have time to update in cadence with NWI. For this current Halloween update I've read that the current timed playlist can't be used for community servers, so I doubt I will be prioritizing this feature. If you hear otherwise, please let me know!
