I don't own any Apple hardware, therefore I cannot verify whether the application works on MacOS.
In theory everything should work, though there might be some extra steps involved for running j-antplus, such as installing the libusb driver.

To resolve this issue, the program should be tested on a recent(Big Sur/Monterey) version MacOS and documentation added to the README describing how to run it.
