Performance issues with vite-imagetools

Hi

I tried vite-imagettools ... It works, but it's super slow

I have 20 images and it takes 120 seconds... withot images the build is only 3 seconds.

I am reporting here in the case it helps... meanwhile, I am trying https://responsive-image.dev/

I have created a sample site... with 4 images

My plan is to use the images for the blog section

I have enabled GitHub Action to check the build, including building twice to check the cache.

Build time without images, 3 seconds... build with images, 50 seconds

I have tested with both Ubuntu 22.04 and windows 11 ... both environments are very slow when using vite-imagetools

There is a different for the rebuild ... 55s on first run vs 50s on second run... but this is still a lot, for just 4 images
