[BUG] IdleMasterExtended wont open

IdleMasterExtended wont open when I try to run it. I have tried reinstalling it, disabling anti-virus(and making an exception), restarting my PC.

To Reproduce

(Steps to reproduce the behavior)

I am just trying to open the program.

Expected behavior

(A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen)

I expect it to open, nothing happens. My cursor does the loading animation, but nothing happens.

Error logs

(Look in the Idle Master Extended directory for error.log)

There is no log in the folder

It happened today. It's a fresh Windows 10 Pro installation, only a few days old.

At the same time, Lively Wallpaper also stopped working, as it wont enable any wallpapers and it produces an error which I am also trying to figure out.
