gVOCC calculation

I have a temperature data (downloaded from cordex) from 1961-2005 and 2006 -2100 (with 4.5Rcp scenarios) I used gvocc calculation and trajectories but in R my map is coming not oriented. Does it affect the results ? my plot is not seems right. I plot trajectories but it is not like arrows.
Also is there any problem to use ocean surface while calculating the terrestrail area.
