This folder contains scripts for download, preprocess and persistence calculation for Mocho-Choshuenco Frontiers paper (Chávez et al., 2021). The scripts are in order and corresponds to a JavaScript for preprocess and download data from Google Earth Engine (GEE); the others scripts are written on R and are for data preparation, snow persistence and ROC calculation.
