Release planning

We should make a plan on how to do the next releases @Tseplyaev

A couple of things that have to be taken into account:

• We have no aiida-fleur release yet with explicit support for fleur Max6 (enforced through the required masci-tools version)
• A masci-tools release has to be done before any new release (see failing tests)
• The very next release can probably be made explicitly compatible with aiida 2.0 and 1.0 simultaneously in the dependencies (The beta version of aiida-core is about to be released and we have a ci run against the current develop branch of aiida-core)
  • Note: Since aiida-testing, especially the with_export_cache fixture, is not yet compatible with AiiDA 2.0 the workflow regression tests do not run there
• Which new workchains should still be included?
  • FleurCFCoeffWorkChain (Probably can be merged this is done. However regression tests are missing)
  • FleurRelaxTorqueWorkChain (?)
  • FleurHubbard1WorkChain (? Not thoroughly tested with either manual or regression tests)
