Some parts of the web pages are in French, some titles are in English. We can keep some english words such as 'Events' but we have to be homogenous on the rest of the titles.

For example, we have things like 'Upcoming Events' and 'Past Events' mixed with 'Programme', 'Lieu', etc

We need to define if we I18N all or not
