Dropmissing is... Missing #388

Ironically, the "dropmissing" function doesn't appear when I try to use it:

julia> using JuliaDB
julia> dropmissing
ERROR: UndefVarError: dropmissing not defined

Using Julia 1.6.0 on Arch Linux

It works in the latest JuliaDB v0.13.1 and in Julia v1.6.0
