A key difference is that in the ADNLPModels case, nnzh = 2 (which is correct), whereas in the NLPModelsJuMP case nnzh = 4 (probably wrong).

I thought about writing a test for this, but it was unclear to me whether it should go in this package or in NLPModelsTest. With some guidance I could probably help fix this.

EDIT: there are more differences in how these are handled than I initially appreciated. It seems that in NLPModelsJuMP, the intent is to use a single storage vector for all nonzero hessian elements (both the objective and individual constraints). Whereas in ADNLPModels, they are separate storage vectors.
