Add !toptime command, that show people with toptime in all time

And Add like !topmonthtime (or something like that), Top time of the month, and reset every 1st day of the month

Add !topkills, that show the top player kills ( and !topmonthkills too i think)

Maybe a !topmonth ? I think its cool too
