[SIGMET] Area drawing is not correctly updated when cycling between sigmets #247

Area drawing is not correctly updated when cycling between sigmets.
For the geojson drawing there is no difference between active and non active sigmets, the old drawing remains when clicking on another type of sigmet.
Sometimes the drawing is not updated at all, leaving an empty map
Sometimes the wrong drawing is assigned to a sigmet
