I guess I now know why there was that suggestion of removing the "Reply:" text.

Maybe that, and resizing the image appropriately? The way the layout is done currently requires the image to be on the right for compatibility with the old avatar mode, so not much can be done.

The solution will likely be splitting the mobile layout from the main layout. The way the dual column + unresizable avatar preview works can't work on a mobile browser.

I may get to this eventually.

I am so happy you finally done it, it's a feature that is pretty damn useful IMO

Also, on testing, your software is one of two (MyBB being the other one) that is free and works on PHP 7.3, and you know which is better.

Are you going to keep this open to keep updated on the layout stuff?

Another minor issue that seems overlooked, shouldn't the IRC page be disabled from the top bar of the pages and such if nothing is entered in the IRC config (or maybe an option to disable the page altogether would be nice - maybe at a push, an option to report posts to a Discord channel via a webhook and have a link to the server instead of an IRC, if specified)? I saw there's code to do the former (redirect irc.php to index.php) but it seems to not care if the value is blank or something from what i remember seeing

As for the FAQ thing I mentioned earlier, maybe try making that a setting in the admin panel so we can fill it with whatever (and maybe by default keep the joke "common sense" one :P)

oh and bring back the IE6 guy protection :kappa:

(The whole reason I suggest a lot while doing nothing is I want this to be a properly usable and polished AB-like software (which it pretty much is anyway on my testing) since it has a lot of potential IMO for something good, but I don't have the coding skills to properly help out...)

Kill this issue, given who reported it.
Ugh.
