I've read the trivia page, completed the mission and I still find the current name is a poor choice. While Elephant's "loot" is supposed to be an unknown target, a secret he doesn't say anything about in the lore, the three questionmarks "???" look like either an in-game secret or a bug in the HUD.

In the game the loot item is described as "The Dentist's Loot" if I remember correctly. To avoid confusion (a la "the HUD gives me more info than the game") I suggest to rename it to something sensible. Either "LOOT", "GOAL", "TARGET", but I prefer "QUEST". A name like "SECRET" would be ambiguous like I said, worse than the non descript questionmarks.
