Every package registered in the official JuliaRegistries/General registry, has its documentation automatically built and uploaded to JuliaHub. JuliaHub is a company created by the authors of the Julia language to sustain its development and serves as an entry-point for many Julia services.

Parsing its relatively easy. I made my own DocSet backend for Documenter (standard documentation generator package):
