[Kavita] Additional Incognito Options

Idea Description

Use Case: The main use case I have for the Incognito mode browsing is to reread a chapter of a series that I have already read without changing/impacting the current read status of the series.

However, while doing so the chapters still attempt to load the last page read even in incognito, which makes it very difficult to use. Every chapter you must navigate to the first page of the chapter manually, which becomes very frustrating when rading several chapters in sequence.

Suggested Ideas:

• Add an option to disable loading the last viewed page when reading Incognito
• As a convenience for other people who use incognito in the same way, it would be nice to have an option to change the default reading mode that opens based off of the read status of the chapter. e.g. "Always open incognito", "Always open normal", and "Always open incognito if read".
