I got this Error sending data: (12007) The Server name or address could not be resolved when I tried to install the trilogy save editor is there anyway to fix it?
Im using windows 8.1 64 bit
do I need to be online to install it?
is there anyway to install this offline an offline installer perhaps?

That should probably mean the app host isn't starting...
Is there anything interesting in the windows event viewer?

I don't know what to look for but this is what I can find on the events viewer during the time of installation

You want the one with the "error" level.
(of course, the date and time should be the same of whenever you tried to launch the save editor)
