Hi Katerina
Hope this email finds you well.
I have recently read your paper (https://doi.org/10.1002/jrsm.1592) and am willing to use the interactive tool ( MA-cont:pre/post effect size) for Meta analysis. I find the tool very impressive and user friendly.
I need a bit of help though, in understanding the process better. While extracting data in the given format (excel file) for the tool, The part I’m still caught up on is the SDs and SEs of the change from baseline scores. These data are not available in the selected studies, Just wondering if there is a way they could be calculated from aggregated SD baseline or SD follow-up scores. Your insight in this regard would be much appreciated.
Kind regards
Nazmul
