Inconsistency in Edit ---> Select ---> Select All

Found inconsistency in the number of objects selected in Edit ---> Select ---> Select All operation as below.

• Not observed in HW-klayout-0.26.8-macOS-Catalina-1-qt5Brew-RsysPhb38.dmg with Homebrew Python 3
• Not observed in LW-klayout-0.26.8-macOS-Catalina-1-qt5Ana3-Rana3Pana3.dmgfor Anaconda3 dev. env.

Rebuilt KLayout with the latest MacPorts env. (OS=10.15.7)

./build4mac.py -q qt5macports  -r MP26 -p MP38

but the problem reproduced.

That is, Ruby 2.6 from MacPorts has been switched to the OS-bundled Ruby.

So, Ruby 2.6 from MacPorts is suspicious.

I have rebuilt 56d3afb using Python 2.7 from MacPorts.
Unfortunately, the problem was reproduced :-(
