I am trying to run this on ubuntu22 but getting following error.
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/C:/ci/astroid_1592495992870/work'
i dont have any information about this bug. so any help will be greatly appricated.

Try sudo pip install 'package name' --user
